Terrible customer service that you will…

Terrible customer service that you will never hear back from in either email or a phone call. I ordered a two person whitening kit through Groupon and I never received my purchase. They just truly don’t care about their customers or their business.

Better hope it works or they'll just steal your money

If you buy something from them you better hope it fits because if it doesn't, don't count on an exchange or a refund. I've been emailing with them for FIVE MONTHS and no refund. I sent my bras back for a return and they never gave me my money back. Then I tried to get them to give me store credit, nothing. I sent the product back and they refuse to refund me or give me store credit for the $220 worth of merchandise I returned. Horrible company! Do not buy anything from them, they are theives!

Unhappy

I got confirmation my order was received on 1/6, stating I would get another email when it shipped. I finally checked today and was told, sorry we canceled your order...but don’t worry you weren’t charged. Thanks for nothing True and co.

Terrible, Dishonest Customer Service

This companies customer service is awful. I never received a bra I ordered so I reached out. They responded saying that it was sent to an address in california (I ordered it to Pennsylvania). Mistake on their end, no big deal. They said they would refund me.

Now a few weeks later I haven’t received the refund so I reached out and asked them to check it’s status. Their response back to me was that the package should have been delivered a few weeks ago. The real kicker is it’s the same person emailing me. I forwarded them our emails from the first conversations and now they’re opening up a USPS investigation. I’m beyond frustrated because they already told me they shipped it to the wrong address and it doesn’t seem like I’m getting my money back anytime soon.

Horrible cs, worse bra design.

I bought these as they were marketed towards large busted women and they looked comfortable. When I got them and tried them on they fit great and were flattering so I was happy. Halfway through the day these start to ride up and bunch and roll under your boobs. I messaged to return and they told me if the tags are off you can’t return and they recommend keeping the tags on for hours to see how they feel. I don’t know anyone who wears tags past the point of trying something on and honestly who doesn’t expect a $60 sport bra designed for busty women to not employ elastic technology along the bottom like spanx has managed for over a decade. Save your money if you are big busted these aren’t there yet. And customer service will tell you to go screw because they know they sell garbage.

I ordered 4 items from this company, never received 3 of them.

I ordered 4 items from this company. I received the package and the packing slip listed the 4 items I ordered. There was only 1 item in the package. Therefore, the remaining 3 items listed on the packing slip were missing.

There was no communication from the company regarding if these were backordered and no communication whether they were coming separately.

By all means, those 3 items should have been in that package, as indicated by the packing slip.

I contacted the company MUTLIPLE TIMES through their support email address and they have not responded. Also contacted the company multiple times through their social media channels and they don't respond there either. Just leave your messages on read. Even on public comments where multiple people have complained of the same issue; missing items in their order and no response from the company.

I just want a refund on items I ordered but I never got. And the company won't even respond to give me that.

This is ridiculous. Do not order from them. Missing items in orders and no response from the company is an ongoing issue.

Ordered 4 Items. Never Received 3 of them.

I ordered 4 items from this company, but only received 1 of the items I ordered.

Never received any sort of notification that the other 3 items were backordered or coming in a separate shipment. All 4 items were listed on the packing slip.

Contacted the company on multiple occasions through their *******@trueandco.com email address and never received a response regarding getting the missing items. Also messaged them through their social channels and only ever got a canned response of "So sorry this happened. Please contact our support team via our website." Which I clearly have done and that hasn't gotten me any sort of resolution.

Do not buy from this company. If you read any sort of reviews, comments on their social channels, etc; missing items and abysmal customer service is a common theme.

Sad part is I like the product I did receive, but I won't be ordering from them again, due to them not being able to respond to customer issues, give me a refund for items I never received; or even respond to my emails through their preferred method (email).

Good high quality bras

The fabric is super soft and smooth. I am an athlete with shoulder problems and these are three only bras I can wear all day without being in pain.

Horrible customer service

This company has terrible customer service. I ordered and item as try before you buy. They charged my card 2x for the full price. I was supposed to be charged 4.99 only until I decided if I liked it. My item has still not shipped and my emails to customer service have not been answered.
